He manages a rock band called The Hormones (by a weird coincidence, an Irish band by that name came along in 1996, the year of "Jerry Maguire"). His chief antagonist is a domineering manager of girl bands named Sir (as in the bondage connotation) played by porn's leading or only dwarf star Napoleon.
